Shipping policy
You will receive an order confirmation email, and another notification when your order has been shipped which will include tracking information. We use Australia Post for all domestic and international shipping. Please note that we ship from the regional town of Yamba, NSW, which may add a day to shipping times. All parcels must be signed for, if no one is home they will be taken to your local post office for collection.
Please ensure that your address details are correct - any returned orders will be automatically refunded, minus a $10 AUD processing fee.
Once your parcel is marked delivered, we cannot be held responsible for missing goods. Please ensure that you are available to accept delivery or have a secure place (ie. Parcel Locker) for the parcel to be delivered to.

Once your parcel leaves Australia, tracking is limited. Send us an email if you’re concerned about your delivery: info@arraybags.com.au
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Array Bags is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. US duties and taxes are included in the product price and are paid by ARRAY before the parcel leaves Australia.
International orders that are returned to sender will be refunded once they have been received by Array Bags, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@arraybags.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it with Australia Post for you (this can take Australia Post a few days, and up to 30 days for international enquiries). If your parcel is deemed to lost by Australia Post we will organise a replacement for you immediately.
