I didn't really think I needed the shoulder strap. I just liked all the colours and wanted one. I was wrong. While the straps on the tote are definitely already the perfect length to go over my shoulder comfortably, I never realised how handy it is to be able to wear it cross-body! No more slipping off when chockas! Gets it out of the way when juggling a TA coffee or doing shopping. Now I want more in other colours so each of my 3 Array Bags has one! So worth it! Obsessed

Such a small thing, but the clasps aren't fixed in place, they fully rotate. Makes it easier to attach and means if it gets twisted, I don't have to remove it to fix it
