As it says on the tin, it's a solid bag strap. Comfortable and adjustable, good value for the price. The tag's corners are a bit sharp, but other than that it's good. The dark pink matches the blush tote perfectly!

I didn't really think I needed the shoulder strap. I just liked all the colours and wanted one. I was wrong. While the straps on the tote are definitely already the perfect length to go over my shoulder comfortably, I never realised how handy it is to be able to wear it cross-body! No more slipping off when chockas! Gets it out of the way when juggling a TA coffee or doing shopping. Now I want more in other colours so each of my 3 Array Bags has one! So worth it! Obsessed
AArray1 month agoThank you so much for this review! 💛 We absolutely loved reading it. The shoulder strap is one of those things that many people think they don't need... until they try it! We're so glad you've discovered just how handy the cross-body option can be, especially when you're juggling a takeaway coffee, shopping bags, or simply a very full tote. It's wonderful to hear it's made your Array Bags even more versatile and comfortable to carry. We completely understand the urge to collect more colours too! Thank you for your support and for sharing your experience. Hearing you're "obsessed" truly makes our day!
